• 8+ years designing/managing large group voluntary benefit plans in consulting, brokerage, or carrier settings.
• Proven ability to generate revenue.

• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication.
• Willingness to travel 15-30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client engagements.
• Drive voluntary benefits consulting sales and marketing efforts for the region.
• Lead the development of optimum project and expansion solutions for clients.
• Create client-specific business plans to ensure growth, retention and expansion goals are met.
• Serve as senior escalation point for client and operational issues and drive solutions.
• Coordinate with VB Operations to meet service levels and standards.
• Ensure deliverables quality and deadlines through clear communication.
• Negotiate with clients/carriers for effective, profitable delivery of services.
• Ensure full scope of services are priced appropriately for expansion opportunities.
• Maintain and manage client profitability.
