WTW in Tampa, FL is seeking a Health and Benefits Manager to lead client relationships across voluntary benefits and partner with senior directors on plan design and management.

You will own end-to-end client lifecycle, oversee claims, billing, enrollment, carrier coordination, and renewal strategies, and provide strategic consulting on plan performance and market trends. This role offers growth toward senior relationship management and leadership.

Competenze

• 5+ years in voluntary benefits in a consulting or carrier environment.
• Desire and ability to expand relationships with current clients.
• Polished oral and written communication skills.
• License required within 90 days of joining.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager for assigned voluntary benefits clients across the client lifecycle.
• Lead claims, billing, and service administration activities with escalation management and carrier coordination.
• Manage carrier relationships, performance reviews, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive renewal strategies by analyzing plan performance and negotiating rates.
• Lead voluntary benefits marketing, RFPs, and vendor evaluations.
• Oversee open enrollment, implementation and client transition activities.
