The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regulatory alignment, and dissemination of findings through manuscripts and presentations.

Qualifications

• SME in Virology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Masters preferred; Doctorate).
• Experience with diverse study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late-phase designs.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong leadership and team-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides scientific oversight of selected projects ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and satisfaction.
• Develops and peer-reviews protocol, CRFs, SAP, study management plans, and interim/final reports.
• Leads science advisory boards for safety studies and produces manuscripts.
• Maintains understanding of guidelines and develops trainings.
• Contributes to post-marketing safety commitments and risk management strategies.
• Collaborates across RWLP to develop opportunities and improve processes.
