Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA - Virology) to provide scientific leadership across virology clinical trials and post-marketing studies. The role collaborates with RWLP management and cross-functional teams to win global opportunities and ensure high-quality study execution.

The position requires advanced degrees in epidemiology or public health, proficiency in SAS/R/Python, and strong leadership and communication skills to influence strategy and study design.

Qualifications

• SME in Virology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Masters preferred Doctorate.
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of study designs; post-marketing/late phase experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and other functions providing expertise in multiple scientific areas.
• Lead development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight to meet timelines, budgets, quality, and overall satisfaction.
