Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA - Virology) to act as SME for Virology Clinical Trials and lead the scientific oversight of complex projects. The role partners with RWLP management, operations, and business development to shape proposals and deliverables.

The individual will develop study documents, advise on design and regulatory expectations, and contribute to traversing non-traditional site management with advanced epidemiologic methods.

Qualifications

• SME in Virology Clinical Trials.
• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health.
• Requires knowledge of study designs; post-marketing & late-phase designs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, Python preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong teamwork.
• Demonstrated leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and other functions across company.
• Lead development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight to meet timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee study start-up and ongoing study management with the project manager; develop essential study documents.
• Build trainings on epidemiologic designs and guidelines for RWLP/Company.
