• 9+ years in client support, account or relationship management in payments/fintech/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team.
• Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and support Discover network participants (issuers, acquirers, processors).
• Deliver operational readiness, improve the operating model and enhance partner support.
• Establish and sustain a well managed operating environment and deliver impactful results.
