Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Client Support to shape and lead a high-impact, enterprise-focused partner program across the United States and Canada. You will mentor a client-facing team dedicated to onboarding, product enablement, and world-class relationship management for our most strategic global partners.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries.
• 6+ years of people leadership and performance management experience.
• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 12+ years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries.
• 8+ years of people leadership and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team.
• Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and provide operational support for Discover network participants including issuers, acquirers and processors.
• Deliver operational readiness, improve our operating model and enhance partner support.
• Establish and sustain a well managed operating environment and deliver impactful results.
