Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Client Support to drive operational excellence and high-touch service for Enterprise Partner Support. You will lead a management team focused on onboarding, product enablement, and world-class relationship management with our strategic global partners.

The role includes being part of the US & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team and delivering measurable improvements in partner support and operating models.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 9+ years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries.
• 6+ years of people leadership and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team.
• Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and provide operational support for Discover network participants including issuers, acquirers and processors.
• Deliver operational readiness, improve our operating model and enhance partner support.
• Establish and sustain a well managed operating environment and deliver impactful results.
