Capital One seeks a Senior Director of Client Support for the US & Canadian Markets to lead a high-impact, client-facing team. You will drive onboarding, enablement, and world-class relationship management for enterprise partners in a matrixed environment.

You will guide a management team focused on seamless operations, performance, and strategic partner enablement across Discover network participants and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent certification; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience in client support, account management or relationship management within payments/fintech.
• Leadership and performance management experience required.
