Responsibilities

• Lead translational and biomarker teams to set scientific direction and prioritize portfolio opportunities.
• Advise on experimental plans linking mechanism of action, disease biology, PK/PD, and clinical endpoints.
• Guide biomarker strategy implementation across preclinical and clinical settings with partner teams.
• Champion adoption of emerging technologies and modalities to enable discovery of novel targets in immunology.
• Oversee abstract/publication preparation ensuring high scientific quality.
• Engage with investigators, KOLs, and external partners for strategic collaboration.
• Develop and mentor teams for rigorous research and disciplined execution in a matrixed organization.
• Communicate progress and insights through presentations and manuscripts.
