Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology or Cellular Biology required.
• Minimum 15 years of combined academic and industry experience in Immunology.
• Experience in translational research, biomarker development, and mechanism-of-action studies.
• Experience with in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee translational and non-interventional biomarker studies, including protocol development and data analysis.
• Lead biomarker strategies for toxicology and early clinical studies by integrating literature, real-world data, and prospective non-interventional studies.
• Guide mechanism-of-action studies, biomarker discovery and development, and target validation using multiple models.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to access specialized laboratory capabilities.
• Provide scientific and operational guidance to R&D programs across development phases.
• Represent Translational Research on Therapeutic Area teams and cross-functional forums.
