Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a senior Governance and Controls leader to establish and execute a risk and control strategy across Transaction Banking. You will provide an integrated view of material risk, oversee control design, and challenge executives to protect customers and enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, risk management, economics, law, technology, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services with executive accountability.
• Deep knowledge of Transaction Banking products and risk management.
• Strong understanding of the Three Lines of Defense model and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and control strategy across Transaction Banking.
• Oversee design and effectiveness of control environment and risk reporting.
• Advise TD Securities executives and risk committees on risk decisions and remediation.
• Lead a global Business Controls team with resource deployment and succession planning.
