Job summary

TD Securities seeks a Director in New York to support the Transaction Banking Value Creation Plan transformation and provide risk guidance across payment products, rails, processing flows, platforms, and related market infrastructure obligations.

The Director will be embedded with business and product leaders, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and risk partners to ensure timely delivery of change with clear governance and evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in financial services with governance and controls expertise.
• Experience in Transaction Banking, payments and regulatory risk.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage change in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior first line risk advisor to Transaction Banking leaders.
• Provide an integrated view of risk across payment products, rails, platforms, processing flows, operations, technology, and market infrastructure.
• Lead first line governance for payment-related change, including risk assessments and evidence.
• Coordinate engagement across the business, Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and risk partners.
• Deliver clear risk reporting and escalate material concerns and systemic themes.
