TD Bank Group, through its TD Securities unit in New York, seeks a Senior First-Line Governance and Controls leader to define and execute the risk and control strategy across Transaction Banking. You will oversee governance, design control environments, and provide challenge to senior leaders across products, operations, technology, and transformation initiatives.

You will manage a global Business Controls team, drive talent development, risk reporting, and executive-level risk discussions,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of Transaction Banking, including payments, liquidity, cash management, trade solutions, client channels, processing platforms, data services, clearing and settlement.

Responsabilités

• Establish and execute the risk and control strategy across Transaction Banking.
• Lead a global Business Controls team, including workforce planning, performance management, and deployment of resources against priority risks.
• Provide executive-level challenge and recommendations on investment, sequencing, and go-live decisions.
