• Mentoring, coaching and performance management
• Using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate programs

Responsibilities

• Oversees a complex governance and control function for a high-risk area
• Leads talent management: hiring, goals, performance, compensation, discipline
• Collaborates with leadership to align function with enterprise control
• Plans long-range goals for the function (12+ months)
• Forecasts initiatives and prioritizes portfolio with stakeholders
• Guides regulatory change management and policy implementation
• Develops and communicates holistic governance strategy
• Acts as strategic partner to leadership with industry knowledge
