Judi Health is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards to lead the strategy, design, governance, and administration of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. This role acts as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, ensuring total rewards supports growth, talent strategy, and a superior employee experience while maintaining compliance and market competitiveness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive compensation and benefits leadership.
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy, benefits plan design, pay equity, market pricing, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Experience leading annual compensation cycles and benefits program administration.
• Proven ability to influence executives through data-driven recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the organization's comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and retirement programs.
• Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer and executive leadership to align total rewards with business objectives and growth plans.
• Design, evaluate, and enhance compensation structures, salary administration, incentives, and job architecture for market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Lead annual compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, promotions, and market adjustments.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs, balancing employee experience with cost management.
• Analyze market trends and workforce data to inform compensation and benefits strategies and recommendations.
• Establish governance processes for job evaluation, pay transparency, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expert consultation on compensation decisions, job classifications, and pay equity to executives and HR teams.
• Manage relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, carriers, and survey providers to ensure value.
• Lead annual open enrollment strategy, communications, and execution to drive understanding and engagement.
• Develop and manage total rewards budgets, forecasts, and cost-containment strategies.
• Support transactions and due diligence related to compensation and benefits programs.
• Use analytics to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
