The candidate will lead a team, oversee vendor ecosystems, and align programs with organizational priorities, risk controls, and ROI targets.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in benefits, retirement programs, total rewards, or HR leadership.
• Strong strategic, enterprise-wide transformation and leadership abilities.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide benefits and wellbeing strategy aligned with growth and workforce trends.
• Oversee design, optimization, and governance of health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive business outcomes and associate engagement.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance and cost discipline.
