This senior leader partners with executive leadership, manages vendor relationships, and guides education materials and communications, while aligning with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in HR specializing in compensation, benefits, position control, and Total Rewards programs.
• At least 6 years of leading staff or supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to navigate diverse organizational cultures and operate collegially.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors managers and staff responsible for Total Rewards, Benefits, and Compensation services.
• Develops and administers benefit, wellness, and retirement strategies and practices.
• Oversees design, communication, and administration of compensation and position control programs.
