L.A. Care Health Plan in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Director of Compensation and Benefits to lead total rewards strategy, program development and governance. This role oversees benefits, retirement, and compensation programs and manages a team to drive performance while ensuring policy compliance.

This senior leader partners with executive leadership, manages vendor relationships, and guides education materials and communications, while aligning with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in HR specializing in compensation, benefits, position control, and Total Rewards programs.
• At least 6 years of leading staff or supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to navigate diverse organizational cultures and operate collegially.

Responsabilités

• Leads and mentors managers and staff responsible for Total Rewards, Benefits, and Compensation services.
• Develops and administers benefit, wellness, and retirement strategies and practices.
• Oversees design, communication, and administration of compensation and position control programs.
