Job summary

the company seeks a Director to own the Technology Alliance Partnerships (TAP) ecosystem end to end. You will set the strategy, recruit and launch integrations, and lead a team that partners with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive revenue.

You will manage strategic partnerships including AWS, drive co-sell motions, and build OEM and ISV relationships. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem strategy.
• Proven ability to build and scale partner programs and pipeline.
• Experience owning co-sell motions with AWS or similar hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own TAP strategy across ISV, DAM, platform, OEM, and content-creator partners.
• Lead partnership programs and co-sell motions with hyperscalers.
• Build and execute joint GTM plans with partners to generate leads and pipeline.
• Lead and grow a team of alliance managers.
