Job summary

Acquia, headquartered in Boston, MA, seeks a Senior Director of Global Strategic Alliances to define and execute a global strategy across GSIs such as Capgemini and KPMG and major digital agencies.

You will build a high-performing alliances function, own joint go-to-market, co-sell motions, and partner-driven revenue, ensuring partnerships are integrated into Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. This role reports to the SVP of Global Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing global alliances with GSIs and large digital agencies.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Define a global alliance strategy with GSIs and agencies that accelerates joint offerings and revenue.
• Lead joint go-to-market, co-sell motions, and partner-sourced/partner-influenced revenue.
• Manage executive relationships and governance with key partners.
• Drive adoption of partner programs and ensure integration into growth plans.
