Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of Program Management to own delivery across the DSCX portfolio. You will lead a team of program and project managers, shaping the delivery rhythm and managing the $25+MM CX budget in collaboration with Finance and Business Operations.

You will build standard operating rhythms, coach your team, and drive predictable execution. Knowledge of AI applications and defense programs will be valuable in expanding capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial program management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in program management and IT.
• Military experience counts as experience.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time delivery across the portfolio and set the target delivery cadence.
• Lead operating rhythms (WOR/MOR), standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain daily visual management and transparent status reporting.
• Escalate risks early with recommendations to sponsors.
