Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent required.
• 13+ years of progressive sales and/or marketing management experience with key customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop objectives for Sales, Sales Activity Margin, and Market Share for Target.
• Lead omnichannel strategy and Joint Business Planning with the customer and partners.
• Engage with senior Target leadership to secure distribution, merchandising, and programs.
• Create sales and marketing plans aligned with brand positioning and consumer insights.
• Oversee annual business plan development, brand equity, and market share growth.
• Lead and develop the sales team to meet targets and share best practices.
