Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Sr Mgr SRGM to lead enterprise revenue growth initiatives across the U.S. with deep expertise in pricing strategy, trade optimization, and demand forecasting.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer teams to shape profitable growth, improve data integrity, and strengthen forecasting accuracy while influencing senior leadership decisions. Experience of 7+ years in revenue growth management and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

7+ years of revenue growth management or related analytics experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead U.S. revenue growth initiatives spanning pricing, trade, and demand levers.
Shape pricing, trade, and demand strategies using customer and market insights.
Advance revenue systems and data integrity across the enterprise.
