Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing objectives and strategies that support priority brand positioning, brand equity, and marketplace initiatives.
• Lead the holistic omnichannel strategy in collaboration with the customer and internal partners, driving Joint Business Planning and coordinated investment to deliver profitable growth.
• Call on senior executives and management at Target to secure distribution and merchandising, negotiate sales programs, and develop strategic business plans grounded in consumer and shopper insights.
• Oversee development of the customer's annual business plan, strengthen brand equity, and profitably grow market share through deep consumer and shopper understanding.
• Lead a direct and indirect team to achieve customer goals by maximizing sales performance and setting sales targets with coaching and development.
• Monitor sales performance, trade spending, and market share; share best practices across the team.
