Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking an experienced Director, People Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and shape workforce strategy for a global technology organization. You will guide organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning to accelerate performance and inclusion.

Lead a high-performing HR team, align HR programs with business goals, and manage change across a matrixed environment while driving pay equity and employee experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HRBP or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: advise executives and develop workforce strategies aligned to goals.
• Talent & Organizational Development: identify top talent, succession plans, leadership pipelines.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: foster an inclusive, high-performing culture and monitor engagement.
• Employee Relations: provide ER oversight and partner with legal/compliance on policy.
• Performance & Rewards: advise on performance management and pay equity.
• Leadership & Team Development: lead and mentor a high-performing HR team.
• Additional Responsibilities: complete annual goals and special projects.
