Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand program scope, participate in planning milestones, and guide core team through execution.
• Identify and secure cross-functional participation with guidance from senior staff.
• Create program plans and keep accurate program records throughout the lifecycle.
• Schedule work to fulfill scope, including critical path management with the core team.
• Assist in developing program goals, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Support budget and resource forecasting to align needs with demands.
• Identify, analyze, and address risks and issues to maintain progress.
• Track schedules, manage tasks, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Exercise independent judgment in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular attendance and be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
