Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Senior Director to lead Supply Chain strategy and execution across complex M&A integrations and divestitures.

You will work with leading client organizations, shaping transformations from plan to deliver/return, leveraging EY's AI-enabled tools and a global resource network. A strong consulting background and global mindset are essential.

We offer a hybrid work model, with a base salary of $250k–$290k and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 8 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~7 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) for complex integrations and divestitures.
• Help clients solve complex supply chain problems and develop innovative, performance-enhancing solutions.
• Transform the supply chain across plan, source, make, deliver/return functions to improve resiliency.
