Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Senior Director in its Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice in the US. You will work across the transaction lifecycle on complex integrations and divestitures, delivering transformative supply chain solutions that enhance performance and resiliency for clients.

You will leverage deep supply chain knowledge, analytical prowess, and leadership experience to guide teams, drive value, and build lasting client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 8 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships.
• You must reside in or be within commuting distance to your office location. Travel willingness required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain work across the transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close, post-close).
• Address complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures for clients.
• Develop innovative solutions to transform supply chains, improving plan, source, make, deliver/return functions.
