EY-Parthenon, the strategy and execution arm of EY, seeks a Senior Director to lead complex supply chain initiatives across the transaction lifecycle. You will drive transformations in plan, source, make, and deliver functions for global clients, engaging with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field plus 8 years of related work experience
• MBA is preferred
• Significant management consulting experience
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours
