Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice seeks a Senior Director to drive value across the full transaction lifecycle, delivering transformations in complex M&A integrations and divestitures. You’ll apply deep supply chain expertise to optimize plan, source, make, and deliver functions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or graduate degree with ~7 years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics.
• Strong analytical and data-translation skills.
• Experience leading complex integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs.
• Ability to travel and work beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-diligence, sign-to-close, post-close) on complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures.
• Help clients solve complex supply chain problems by developing innovative solutions to transform performance and resiliency.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize plan, source, make, deliver/return functions across supply chain.
