Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice seeks a Director to lead complex M&A integrations and divestitures across the global supply chain. You’ll work across the transaction lifecycle, shaping transformed operations and resiliency for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates have significant management consulting experience, deep expertise in sourcing, planning, inventory or logistics, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams. Travel and hybrid work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics and 5 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead transactions lifecycle from pre-sign diligence to post-close execution on complex integrations and divestitures.
• Help clients solve supply chain problems and drive improvements in plan, source, make, deliver/return.
• Collaborate with CEOs, Boards, Private Equity and Governments to shape strategy.
