Job summary
EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Senior Director to lead Strategy and Execution Supply Chain work on complex global transactions and integrations. You will guide teams through the full lifecycle of M&A and divestitures, delivering innovative supply chain solutions that enhance performance and resilience.
The role requires extensive management consulting experience, a strong business acumen, and the ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related work experience or graduate degree with ~7 years.
- MBA is preferred.
- Significant management consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
- Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative/qualitative analysis.
- Ability to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior/director level work across the transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution).
- Help clients solve complex supply chain problems and develop innovative solutions that transform performance and resilience across plan/source/make/deliver/return.
