Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States seeks a Senior Director to lead the Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice. You’ll work across the full transaction lifecycle—pre-sign diligence to post-close execution—on complex integrations and divestitures, shaping resilient supply chains for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates bring deep management consulting experience, expertise in sourcing, planning, inventory and logistics, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full transaction lifecycle (pre-sign due diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) of complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures.
• Help clients solve complex supply chain problems with innovative solutions that transform performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, deliver/return.
