Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Senior Director to lead in its Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice. You will guide complex transformation programs across the transaction lifecycle, advising global clients on integrations, divestitures, and supply chain improvements.

The role requires substantial management consulting experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive value through innovative supply chain solutions. Hybrid work arrangement with in-person collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field with 8 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~7 years of experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.
• You must reside in or be in commutable distance to your office.

Responsibilities

• Work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) for complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures.
• Help clients solve complex supply chain problems and develop innovative solutions to transform performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, deliver/return.
• Collaborate with CEOs, Boards, Private Equity and Governments to shape client outcomes.
