Harris is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead strategy and execution for a national manufacturing network. You will drive purchasing, supplier management, fulfillment, and logistics while building leadership and capability as the business scales.

You will translate forecasts into material requirements, set inventory policies, and mitigate supply risks, partnering with manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy supporting manufacturing and external product growth.
• Lead purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, fulfillment, and logistics across the manufacturing network.
• Establish enterprise standards, operating expectations, and performance measures.
• Build and develop supply chain leadership and organizational capability as the business scales.
• Translate manufacturing forecasts and facility assignments into network-level material requirements.
• Establish visibility into material demand, constraints, and long-lead requirements.
• Partner with Manufacturing Operations to align material availability with production requirements and customer commitments.
• Establish inventory strategy and policies, including stocking levels and buffer stock for long-lead/high-use materials.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks that could impact production.
• Develop national sourcing and purchasing strategies that leverage enterprise scale while supporting regional requirements.
• Establish and govern material standards, approved supplier strategies, and supplier agreements.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and improve performance across quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Identify supply risks and opportunities for standardization and partnerships.
• Lead the development and operation of Harris' fulfillment and logistics network.
• Establish standards for material receiving, staging, kitting, warehousing, shipment, and delivery.
• Ensure material readiness supports manufacturing requirements and product flow to customers and jobsites.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control across warehouses and fulfillment centers.
• Scale fulfillment capabilities alongside the manufacturing network.
• Establish end-to-end visibility of material and order status across the manufacturing network.
• Partner with IE, Technology, and Data teams to improve supply chain systems and reporting.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs covering material availability, supplier performance, purchasing, fulfillment, logistics, and inventory.
• Use performance data to identify risks, constraints, and improvement priorities.
