Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience overseeing multi‑facility manufacturing or fabrication operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and plant operations.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, construction and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise accountability for manufacturing performance, including safety, quality, throughput, cost, and delivery.
• Lead and align plant managers through direct and/or dotted‑line reporting.
• Establish and maintain standard operating expectations across all locations.
• Set enterprise standards, targets, and investment direction for infrastructure and capacity.
• Sponsor and govern cross‑facility improvement efforts with measurable results.
• Lead regional expansion and site planning to support internal projects and external sales.
• Ensure alignment between product definitions, manufacturing capability, and execution outcomes.
• Champion safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across operations.
