Job summary

Harris is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to drive enterprise‑wide manufacturing strategy, performance, and scalability across all facilities. You will guide plant leadership, align standards, and partner with engineering, supply chain, and construction to ensure repeatable, product‑driven manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience overseeing multi‑facility manufacturing or fabrication operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and plant operations.
• Experience with capacity planning and throughput optimization.
• Capability to lead across geographically distributed teams.
• Experience interfacing manufacturing with engineering and construction.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise accountability for manufacturing performance across locations.
• Lead plant managers via direct and dotted‑line reporting.
• Set and enforce standard operating expectations across sites.
• Identify system‑level constraints and prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Lead regional growth and site expansion for internal and external demand.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams to align product definitions with manufacturing capabilities.
