Harris is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to develop and execute our strategy across manufacturing growth, purchasing, supplier management, fulfillment, and logistics. You will lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that align with customer commitments and corporate objectives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy across manufacturing growth, purchasing, supplier management, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Lead purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, fulfillment, and logistics across the manufacturing network.
• Establish enterprise standards, operating expectations, and performance measures.
• Build supply chain leadership and organizational capability as the business scales.
• Translate forecasts into material requirements and manage inventory strategy including buffer stock and working capital.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks that could impact production.
• Develop national sourcing and purchasing strategies leveraging enterprise scale.
• Lead fulfillment and logistics standards to ensure efficient flow to customers and jobsites.
• Establish end-to-end visibility of material and order status with KPIs across the network.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Ops, Engineering, Finance, IT, and suppliers to align material availability with production and commitments.
