Job summary

Harris is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead enterprise‑wide manufacturing strategy, performance, and scalability across facilities. You will partner with plant managers and cross‑functional leaders to drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets while aligning operating models with strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership overseeing multi‑facility manufacturing or fabrication operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and plant operations.
• Expertise in capacity planning and throughput optimization.
• Experience with capital investment and equipment strategy.
• Proven ability to lead across geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise accountability for manufacturing performance across facilities.
• Lead and align plant managers with enterprise standards and priorities.
• Set enterprise standards, targets, and investment direction for infrastructure and capacity.
• Identify system-level constraints with cross‑functional partners and drive improvements.
• Oversee cross‑facility improvement efforts and ensure measurable results.
• Lead manufacturing expansion into new regions and site selection.
