Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Senior Director to lead the Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice, guiding complex transactions and transformations for global clients. You will work across the transaction lifecycle from pre-sign due diligence to post-close execution, delivering innovative supply chain solutions and strengthening performance and resiliency.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed, with a hybrid working model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field with 8 years of experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution) of the most complex integrations and divestitures.
• Help clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain, improving performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, deliver/return.
