EY-Parthenon in the US is seeking a Director to lead the Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice across multiple locations, focusing on end-to-end transaction lifecycle from pre-sign diligence to post-close execution.

You will drive innovative supply chain solutions, optimize materials planning, inventory and logistics, and build lasting client relationships while navigating complex integrations and divestitures. This role demands strategic insight and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long‑lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• Must reside in or be in a commutable distance to the office location for this position.
• Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary; travel may be required beyond the work location based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• As a Director with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice, you will work with innovative supply chain organizations across the entire transaction lifecycle—from pre-sign diligence to sign‑to‑close planning and post‑close execution—handling complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures.
• You will help clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain, improving performance and resilience across the plan, source, make, deliver/return functions.
