Job summary

Covista, America's largest healthcare educator, seeks a Senior Director, Support Operations to lead initiatives that enhance the student experience and ensure regulatory compliance across Covista's academic partners. This executive role partners with academic institutions, regulatory affairs, legal, IT and operations to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Successful candidates will drive operational excellence in enrollment, resource planning, process improvement, and performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level leadership experience in large, diverse operational teams.
• 8+ years in higher education or highly regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to improve student services and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation, SOX, and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with institutional partners, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, IT, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance across Student Financial Operations and partners.
• Develop and lead teams with a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
