Job summary

Covista, America’s largest healthcare educator, is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead digital experience strategies across our portfolio. You will partner with institutional marketing teams to convert and retain students through innovative email, nurture and digital engagement tactics.

The role requires building and tracking enterprise KPIs across the student lifecycle, guiding the tech stack with the digital experience lead, mentoring a marketing specialist, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5 years of marketing automation experience including Eloqua.
• Eloqua administration experience preferred.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, plus presentation skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Self-motivated with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track enterprise digital experience KPIs for the student lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities across the lifecycle and drive conversion initiatives.
• Serve as the go-to resource for email, nurture and digital experience.
• Collaborate with the digital experience tech lead to optimize the stack.
• Mentor digital marketing specialist across the portfolio.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with policies and standards.
