Job summary

Covista is seeking a Senior Director, Support Operations to lead regulatory compliance and operational excellence across its academic partners. You will shape student financial operations, enrollment processes, and service delivery while partnering with regulatory affairs, IT, and legal teams.

The role requires a proven track record in large, highly regulated environments, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions that improve performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior-level leadership in large, regulated operations.
• Experience with government funding and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for student experience and regulatory compliance across Covista's academic partners.
• Drive operational excellence in enrollment, planning, process optimization, and student finance operations.
• Collaborate with IT, regulatory affairs, legal, and institutional leaders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead audits, regulatory reviews and corrective action plans.
• Build high-performing teams and promote continuous improvement.
