Veralto Corporation seeks a seasoned product leader to craft 5-year roadmaps across coding and marking technologies, aligning with corporate growth targets. You will coordinate with Product Innovation Managers and UX teams to surface customer needs through extensive research.

You will partner with R&D and engineering to define innovations, build business cases, and drive partnerships, with a focus on delivering measurable incremental pipeline value and long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management, product innovation, or product strategy within a B2B industrial technology, manufacturing, or hardware/software company.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of building and delivering multi-year product roadmaps that generated measurable incremental revenue and drove competitive differentiation.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing product or innovation teams with direct people management responsibility.
• Experience with market research methodologies, customer discovery, competitive landscape analysis, and executive-level business case development.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation of 5-year product roadmaps for coding and marking technologies aligned with strategy.
• Drive market insight and competitive analysis to anticipate industry changes and unmet customer needs over 5 years.
• Communicate product strategy to senior leadership and secure buy-in at Strategic Innovation Review meetings.
• Develop business cases and partner with R&D and engineering to define new innovations and opportunities.
