Veralto Corporation seeks a Vice President, Veralto Enterprise System Leader (VESL) to translate strategic ambitions into sustained performance across a global portfolio. Reporting to the Segment SVP, this executive partners with presidents and functional leaders to align strategy, people, and execution.

Formación

• 10+ years leading continuous improvement across growth, innovation and lean.
• Senior leadership experience in a multinational with accountability for performance.
• Deep practitioner expertise in lean/continuous improvement: daily management, standard work and kaizen.
• Experience leading Policy Deployment workshops and executive kaizens.
• Proven ability to coach senior leaders and strengthen organizational capability across functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing, or Operations; MBA preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Gemba, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Shape leadership meeting agendas and business reviews around segment priorities with clear decisions and accountable owners.
• Facilitate annual planning and strategy enablement with resource alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Policy Deployment to connect strategy with actionable plans across the segment.
• Identify barriers to execution and apply VES approaches to sustain improvement.
• Support acquisition integration by aligning VES deployment with new businesses’ needs.
• Advance growth, innovation, and operational performance through targeted improvements.
• Strengthen daily management, standard work, and structured problem solving across teams.
• Surface gaps via performance and operational reviews to steer improvement.
