Job summary

Veralto seeks a Vice President, Veralto Enterprise System Leader (VESL) to translate strategic ambitions into sustained business performance across PQI. Reporting to the Segment SVP, this executive partners with operating company Presidents and functional leaders to drive growth, innovation, and execution globally.

The role centers on connecting strategy with people and execution, building leadership capability, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement to deliver measurable results

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leading continuous improvement across growth, innovation, and lean.
• Senior leadership experience in a multinational organization.
• Deep practitioner expertise in lean/continuous improvement principles and daily management.
• Experience leading Policy Deployment workshops, executive or President-level kaizens, and practitioner development roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing, or Operations; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Segment Leader to shape leadership meeting agendas and business reviews around the segment’s most consequential priorities, ensuring clear decisions and accountable owners.
• Facilitate annual business planning and strategy enablement with resource alignment and measurable success.
• Lead Policy Deployment, connecting long-term strategy with breakthrough priorities and actionable plans.
• Identify performance gaps with senior leaders and apply VES approaches to address root causes and sustain improvement.
• Develop and lead the VES organization, coach senior leaders, and build succession planning across geographies.
