• Provide deep market insight and competitive analysis to anticipate industry changes over a 5-year horizon.
• Communicate product innovation strategy to senior leadership at quarterly reviews.
• Leverage Product Innovation Managers and UX teams to identify unmet customer needs through research.
• Build compelling business cases for emerging opportunities and integrate into roadmaps.
• Collaborate with VP R&D and engineering on innovations, roadmaps, and opportunities.
• Drive partnerships with external providers to ensure profitable models.
• Develop Standard Work for Customer Insights using VES and related tools
• Own Incremental Pipeline Value as the key metric for growth targets
• Lead a high-performing team and foster bold innovation
• Contribute to select Videojet strategic initiatives with senior leadership
