Qualifications

• 3-4 years of management consulting experience.
• 6+ years in a strategy-focused role in the AV or IT industry or 2-3 years with a top management consulting firm.
• High level of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of AV/IT is a plus.
• Knowledge of go-to-market and product development are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic projects definition and planning: partner with business leaders to define and implement strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strategic projects execution: manage strategic projects and programs and develop implementation strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration and people leadership: provide leadership on engagements and develop talent across the organization.
• Communicate progress to executives and stakeholders and drive change management.
