ADP is recruiting for a Senior Director, Business Development for our National Accounts Services business unit.
The Senior Director, Business Development will lead the business development and strategic partnership agenda for National Accounts, reporting to the DVP, Strategy & Business Development. This role is responsible for setting the partnership strategy, identifying priority growth opportunities, and shaping an ecosystem that accelerates Lyric innovation, addresses product capability gaps, and strengthens differentiated client solutions.
The leader will work across Strategy, Product, Sales, Ventures, Corporate Development, and Business Unit leadership to define priorities, evaluate opportunities, and guide the partnership portfolio from strategy through value realization. The Senior Director will also provide leadership and direction to the Senior Manager, Business Development, who supports partnership evaluation, activation, and portfolio operations.
